Highlight of the affair was the Mayor’s report about the projects of Pasay City for the children. The mayor promised that the Financial Assistance program will be a continuous project of the city council. He also added that the local government is already working out to finance the installation of air-conditioning units to all the public schools within the City. Meanwhile, Congreswoman Rubiano emphasized that the City Government will always prioritize the welfare of the children.

As the program ended, the children rendered the City Council the recorded song titled “Thanks to You”. This was done with all the lights in the Astrodome turned-off and only the students’ cellphones provided the light to the venue.
