To promote awareness on German and Chinese cultures, Pasay City West High School-Special Program on Foreign Language held its first caravan of culture on September 10, 2019 at the school gym. Various competitions were featured in the said caravan. To wit: singing idol, cosplay, and Mr. and Ms. SPFL Idol. The said contests were divided into two categories – Deutsche and Mandarin. Emerging as MR. and Ms. SPFL Idol are Kyle Daniel Cadag (Deutsche) and Eunice Jane Bayani (Mandarin). Cadag was also named as best in male German traditional costume and in German Q and A. Meanwhile Bayani along with her partner Astrid Ynhiko Nolasco came out as best in Mandarin traditional costume, best in talent and Mr. and Ms. Popular. Gwyneth Wong is Ms. Photogenic while Jeremy Sarino and Shelley Obelidor were Mr. and Ms. Friendship.
The following students won the singing idol contest: (For Mandarin category)Samantha Nollora, champion; Via Fegarido, 1st place; Pauline Caludio, 2nd place; and Ysabella Defensor, 3rd place. The winners in Deutsche category are: Princes Recto, champion; with Maris Del Mundo, Lanesha Espinosa, and Kyra Colocado as 1st, 2nd , and 3rd place respectively. Coming out as winners in cosplay Mandarin are: Eunice Alyssa Atun (champion) Karyl Yanto (1st), Geollana Eleazer (2nd) and Sanna Wu (3rd). Winners in Deutsche cosplay are: Vivien Cupat (champion), Althea Rayos (1st), Alexandria Iligan (2nd), and Julia Kirby Reyes (3rd).

Singcol, SPFL Coordinator. SPFL teachers Ms. Lynzhee Star Yjan, Ms. Kirsten Paradero, and Mr. Reynaldo Baguio (Mandarin) as well as Ms. Sherilyn Azarcon, Mrs. Lillibeth Dela Rosa, Mrs. Jenelyn Bareng and Mrs. Raquel May Basa (Deutsche).
