GUIDELINES OF THE ONLINE ENROLLMENT OF INCOMING GRADE 7 STE
1. Contact your Grade 6 adviser or you may click the link deped.in/PCWHSJhsSTELESF and
answer the learner enrollment and survey form.
2. Deadline of enrollment is on June 30, 2020.

PAALALA SA MGA MAG-AARAL NA MAGPAPATALA GAMIT ANG PORMULARYO

Ang mga pormularyo ay makukuha sa mga barangay na naianunsyo na namin noong Hunyo 13, 2020 at sa paaralan.
Ang mga kukuha po lamang ng pormularyo mula sa mga barangay ay yon lamang mga residente ng barangay na yon at hindi po sila magbibigay sa mga mag-aaral na hindi nakatira sa kanilang lugar na nasasakupan.
Ang mga kumuha po ng pormularyo sa barangay ay kailangang ibalik din doon. Samantalang ang kumuha sa paaralan ay kailangang ibalik din doon para sa mas maayos at sistematikong proses ng pangangalap.
Kung nakapagpatala na po sa online ay hindi na po kailangan pang kumuha ng pormularyo sapagkat ang alin man sa mga ito ay sapat na. Maraming salamat po at kasiyahan po namin na kayoy paglingkuran.

PCWHS-STE PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE EXAMINATION

Sa darating na 15 ng Hunyo, 2020 ay mag-uumpisa na ang pagpapatala gamit ang pormularyo o form na makukuha sa paaralan at sa mga barangay na malapit sa inyong tahanan. Maaari lang pong makipag-ugnayan sa mga sumusunod na barangay at mga Kapitan ng Barangay na maaari ninyong pagkunan ng pormularyo at makunan ng karagdagang impormasyon:

Barangay 107 Zone 11 – Kgg. Salvador P. Vargas

Barangay 29 Zone 5 – Kgg. Angelina L. Almeda

Barangay 70 Zone 9 – Kgg. Ronald S. Langub

Barangay 72 Zone 9 – Kgg. Josefino Ofdi Jr.

Ang mga pormularyo ay kukunin ng nakatalagang tao ng paaralan tuwing Huwebes ng hapon hanggang sa katapusan ng Hunyo 2020. Karangalan naming maging bahagi kayo ng aming paaralan.

Paalala para sa mga magpapatala sa Baitang 7

Sa mga mag-aaral na nagnanais na magpatala sa Baitang 7 maaari po lamang na makipag-ugnayan kayo sa inyong mga tagapayo sa Baitang 6 upang sila ang magtala sa inyo at ibibigay na lamang ito sa aming paaralan para sa mas maayos at organisadong paraan. Maraming salamat po at nagagalak kaming maging bahagi kayo ng aming paaralan.

PCWHS ONLINE ENROLLMENT for SY 2020-2021 is now officially open!

Procedures for the Online Enrollment

Fill out correctly all the information needed as well as the survey questionnaires to determine the readiness of the learners for the “New Normal”.

After submitting the pre-enrollment online registration, applicants may submit the required documents (hard copy documents) to the Students Records Section once the schedule of submission is posted.

GRADE 7 – SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING (STE) PROGRAM

Pending application forms may be submitted to the OFFICE OF THE PRINCIPAL starting on June 3-12, 2020 at 9:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Further notice on the date and scheme of the exam will be posted immediately once the list is completed.

IMPORTANT:    

Please be reminded that in case NCR is still under ECQ or GCQ status during these dates, kindly bring with you your ECQ Pass, ID, wear mask, and observe the rules on maintaining strict social distancing for you to be accepted in the school premises. This is for the safety of everyone.
