Mr. Peter R. Cannon, Jr., Principal of Pasay City West High School (PCWHS), led the oath-taking ceremony for the newly elected Supreme Student Government (SSG) officers and club officers on September 28, 2022, at the school gymnasium.

The sworn-in officers include Denise Faith Pacete as president, Eugene John De Leon as vice president, Erine Julienne De Jesus as secretary, Lanze Alcantara as treasurer, Sarah Suratan as auditor, Delfin Angeles as Public Relations Officer (PRO), and Jeffhyrson Baluyot as a peace officer. Grade-level representatives were also inducted, representing various grade levels.

During his address, Mr. Cannon challenged the student leaders to serve as role models by adhering to the school’s rules and regulations. He also highlighted the significant milestone of PCWHS, as this year’s enrollment reached a groundbreaking 7,500 students.

Mr. John Francis Octaviano welcomed the student leaders, while Mrs. Socorro C. Domingo delivered the closing remarks, and De Jesus led the opening prayer. The election of SSG officers took place on September 28, 2022, facilitated by Mr. John Francis Octaviano, the school’s Commissioner on Screening and Validation of the Youth Command, Mrs. Arlene Joy Jacob, SSG Adviser, and other Araling Panlipunan (Social Studies) teachers.
