Ready to become lifesavers.

Pasay City West High School (PCWHS) student-leaders participated in the Red Cross Caravan held on October 9, 2025, at the Philippine School for the Deaf Gymnasium.
The activity aimed to equip learners with essential life-saving skills and first aid awareness. Resource speakers from the Philippine Red Cross, Mr. Lawrence Morattala (CSR RCY) and Mr. Lloyd Vincent Sumodeliba (Volunteer for Safety Devices), discussed the proper procedures for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and led participants in hands-on CPR demonstrations.
The caravan was attended by officers of various school clubs and classroom presidents, who actively took part in the training to enhance their readiness in times of emergencies.
The event was organized by Mr. Anjo Mari B. Luciano, School Red Cross Youth Adviser, and Mr. Ignacio S. Tolentino III, Assistant Red Cross Youth Adviser, with the support of Mrs. Chrismarilene R. Cabataña, MAPEH Teacher.
It was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Omar I. Aguilar, MAPEH Department Head, and the supervision of Mr. Agapito Teodoro N. Manaog, School Principal, together with Assistant Principals Mrs. Rosa R. Alferez and Mrs. Ena R. Tamayo.
